Processing Your Payouts

Payment Schedule

Team Sirius Leigh Affiliates are paid on the 15th and last day of every month for sales made 30 days prior. For example, sales completed March 16th, would be paid out on April 30th. Sales completed on May 1st would be paid out on June 15th. You do not have to request a payout, payouts are issued automatically for balances that reach the minimum payout threshold.

Minimum Payout Threshold

Our minimum payout threshold is $20. This means that you must reach a balance of at least $20 in commissions before payments will be processed .
For balances less than $20, the balance will be held until it reaches the threshold. This ensures that payments are processed efficiently and in a cost-effective manner for the affiliate program.

Payment Options

Team Sirius Leigh Affiliates have the option to receive their payouts via ACH/ direct deposit, a virtual Visa card, or one of over 200 virtual store gift cards. We partner with Tremendous to ensure seamless Team Sirius Leigh Affiliate payouts. Please keep your email address up to date.

Tax Requirements

As Team Sirius Leigh Affiliates start to earn income from their marketing efforts, it’s important to be aware of potential tax requirements. In the United States, affiliates are required to submit a W-9 form once their total earnings reach $600 or more in a calendar year.
This form is used to report income to the IRS and ensure that affiliates are compliant with tax regulations. A W-9 will be required once earnings reach $600 and payment processing will be paused until the W-9 is submitted.
