Abusus Non Tollit Usum
Abusus Non Tollit Usum is a Latin phrase meaning “Abuse does not take away use.”
In other words, the misuse of something is not an argument against its proper use.
We reference the Holy Bible often. Its misuse spans across generations and cultures.
This is not the only book in use, but it needs mentioning because some people are triggered by mention of the Holy Bible in any form. Therefore we notate posts with heavy (more than 3) Biblical references with the phrase: Abusus Non Tollit Usum
I truly understand how upsetting the Bible is for some people.
Bible thumpers can be razor sharp and the experience
of God can be a piercing experience.
It’s the nature of the process, because finding God isn’t about adding more to weight your life to attract God, but by cutting away what isn’t God.
Love is Buoyant
This ‘cutting‘ requires a type of sharpness to ensure the precision of your decisions.
Unfortunately not all are pruned the same way.
Not everyone learns the power to emote Grace Over Derision.
Some teachers use Bible sharpness like Edward Scissorhands to create beauty. No one seems to mind an accidental nick or two when the finished work is beauty.
Others use this sharpness like Freddy Kruger to create nightmares. Who wants to their finished work to be scar tissue? This causes people to fear the pruning and resent the new growth.
Our method of teaching involves a recipe where the Holy Bible, Math and Science are included ingredients.
This interdisciplinary approach is not based on religion, doctrine, proselytizing or remembering endless facts and formulas. It’s a mental calibrator that YOU control.
Whether or not Biblical events physically occurred on our measured timeline isn’t of issue for this information to be useful in Life today. In fact, historical arguments can distract from the tangible use.
There are 31,102 verses in the Bible, how many have you read? Now, I ask you how many have you learned to the point of application?

The Point of the Bible is never Seen until it can be Felt.
