A Little Bit of Physics
In physics, the power equation is simple but elegant it states that Power equals energy over time.
Put simply, the amount of power something produces depends on how much energy is available and how long it’s spread over. Now, pause for a moment — doesn’t that idea feel strangely familiar when we think about our own minds and inner worlds?
Physics, after all, is the natural science that studies everything from the dance of atoms to the sweep of galaxies. It helps us understand how energy, matter, light, heat, and motion work together to shape the universe. One of its key tools, the concept of power, tells us how quickly energy moves or transforms — how efficiently something gets done.
What’s fascinating is how easily this physical idea translates into the metaphysical: though we don’t (yet) have official “units” to measure mental or spiritual power, the principle still holds as a guiding heuristic.
If you want to grow your personal power — your mental force, your inner fire — think of your energy reserves and how you use them over time. Where is your energy going? How is it being spent? Just like in physics, understanding the flow of your own inner energy can unlock exponential growth in how you navigate life, challenges, and change.
This is where the concept of Work comes in.
