Standard Processing and Shipping for Physical Products
- Processing Time: Standard Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Preorder dates are provided on the product page.
- Shipping Time: Standard USPS shipping typically takes 4-8 business days, depending on your location. Please allow 10 days from order date for your items to arrive. A tracking number will be provided via email and your member account once your item(s) ships.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location. Free shipping may be offered for select products or promotions.
- International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Standard Refund Policy
- Eligibility: Refunds are available for unopened and unused products returned within 30 days of delivery. Herbal supplement returns require that the pressure foam seal and shrink wrap cap be intact.
- Process: To initiate a return, contact our support team. Please include your order number and reason for the return. If reporting damage, please upload a photo of the damaged item(s).
A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for all approved returns. Items must be returned in the same condition as when received. - Refund Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Items: Opened or used products are not eligible for refunds unless they arrived defective or damaged during shipping.
Digitally delivered products have specific refund policies. These include products such as:
- Courses
- Event Tickets
- Membership Dues
- Downloadable books/software
When offered for sale, these products will have their relative refund policy clearly listed in the product description and on your completed order receipt.
Shipping and Refund Period for Preorders
- The shipping date for Preordered items will be stated in the product’s description under ‘Additional Information‘. The last day a preorder may be cancelled for a full refund (cancellation period) will also be stated in the product’s description under ‘Additional Information’.
- After the preorder refund period has passed, the standard refund policy is applicable.
